I'm sorry but we don't deal in Caravans, boats or motorbikes. Payment You can RESERVE this vehicle with a £500 non-refundable deposit payable by bank transfer or we can take card payments for deposits only. An invoice / receipt would be emailed to you along with our company bank info. The balance would need to be paid by bank transfer, we don't accept card payments for the full balance,on collection/delivery on a weekday only because our bank will not pay into our bank on a weekend. We don't have finance facilities sorry. We do not accept cheques or bankers draft, this is down to our bank. All RETAIL campers/motorhomes will go through a our Leicester MOT workshop that we use and will have a new 12 month MOT carried out. We do not carry out the MOT's ourselves. SERVICE All RETAIL campers/motorhomes will have a full service if it's needed or if it's been serviced recently then we replace the oil/air filter, all carried out in our workshop at Burnmoor Street, Leicester, along with any other mechancial work, trye change etc that needs undertaking. If there is no evidence of a cambelt change, this will be done along with the oil and filter change. This is carried out as soon as the vehicles come into us. This is carried out by our mechanic Justin. Habitation Check= All RETAIL vehicles will come with a habitation check covering gas/240v/12v and to ensure that all appliances are functioning correctly. We have our contractor Neil the Caravan Medic that carries out the habitation checks on each vehicle. Any problems that come back from the habcheck then Tony will carry out any repairs, or we may outsource the work depending on how busy our workshop is. Delivery On our retail Camper/Motorhome vehicles we can offer NATIONWIDE delivery at a cost of £1.50 per mile one way. For example if you are 100 miles away from LE3 2BQ then the price you would pay is £150. We would either have our driver deliver the vehicle on trade plates or we use a local logistics company. Collection You are most welcome to come to us to collect. If you prefer to come by train or bus to collect your new camper/motorhome, then one of us can come and pick you up from Leicester Train or bus station. If you come and collect then we can do a full demonstration of your vehicle on handover which we are unable to offer if you opt for the delivery service. Viewings Please be aware that all viewings are by pre arranged appointment only we do not have set opening hours unlike traditional high street showrooms. Viewings arranged 6 days a week Monday to Friday 10.00am to 4pm and Saturday 10am - 3pm. Please note we are closed on a Sunday/Bank Holiday. Warranty For your peace of mind we give a 3 month mechancial warranty on all of our RETAIL camper vans/motorhomes. Whilst every precaution is taken to ensure the vehicle is free of faults upon delivery/collection now and again things can and do go wrong (as these are older vehicles please remember!!!) When issues arise Lawdata & ourselves will assist you to have the problem fixed, and on most occasions we ask you to bring the vehicle back to us for warranty repairs. We will list in the adverts what is included in the sale and what isn't included if there is slight damage somewhere, then you can have this repaired in our workshops, as we don't cover every repair. There is a of course a limit as to how much testing we can do in our own workshops and sometimes it isn't until customers start to use their vans for days/weeks away that some minor faults can become apparent. We will explain to you what is avaible with your warranty, and what isn't, this will be explained on the day of delivery/collection. There is a simple claims procedure that would need to be followed in the event that you have an issue.
